Lecture delivered by Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam on Christmas Day morning.
Christmas Day is to remember Jesus Christ and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ - “Seek first Kingdom of God, and everything else will follow.”

” But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you…” (Matthew 6:33)

“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of
God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)

———————-
beautiful beautiful beautiful Christmas message from Guruji on how to “Seek the Kingdom of God” within.

The practice was incredible, but unfortunately Kriyayoga practices are not given to the general public over internet.  You have to come to Jhunsi, Allahabad if you want to realize the practice of Kriyayoga Meditation from our Master at the Kriyayoga Ashram.

Pranaam.
I bow to you all with ever new happiness, peace and joy.

Lahiri Mahashaya idol installation

Mahavtar Babaji gave kriya yoga to the world particularly for householders through Lahiri Mahasaya in 1861. This event was the revival of the same science that Lord Krishna gave millenniums ago to Arjuna.

By the practice of its techniques one discovers by personal realisation the answer tothe eternal question “what is the truth about oneself & god”.

After about 150 years the idol of Lahiri Mahasaya along with the picture of his wife Guru Mate rev Kashimani Devi has been installed on Kartic Poornima day (10 Nov 2011) at Magahia near Jaunpur(U.P.)at his ahram by his greatgrand daughter Rev Smt Bharati Mukherjee&a senior & advanced householder Krikaban Dr birendra Prasad,V.S.M.& Rev smt Uma Devi,Spiritual head of the ashram.

To know about the ashram please contact Rev Smt uma Devi at tel —91-9889562795

“I awoke around two or three o’clock in the morning on January 5th, and saw Lahiri Mahasaya in the greatest blaze of light in which he has ever manifested to me. Then, one by one, Sri Yukteswar, Babaji, and Master [Paramahamsa Yogananda] appeared. Master lifted me out of the body and we floated together over many gatherings of people. Master blessed each group as we floated over it. We were not walking, but floating overhead. It seemed as though Master wanted all the people to know that I was with him. I was with Master a long time, from two or three o’clock until nine o’clock-the longest I have ever been with him in this way. Master is very busy there, just as busy as he was when he lived here-helping the people in those other spheres, teaching them the way of salvation and how to achieve, their own Self-realization.”

A story from the life of Lahiri Mahasay may well explain the real aim, objective and purpose of the Kriya path.
A group of spiritual leaders from Calcutta once conspired against Lahiri Mahasay.  They invited him to join in an evening discussion on spiritual matters.  Lahiri Mahasay accepted the invitation and accordingly attended the meeting.
The conspirators had well prepared themselves to trap Lahiri Mahasay.  For example, if Lahiri Mahasay were to express his preference for a particular deity, or Istadev, “desired Lord,” then a particular leader would find exception to that choice.
In fact, each  member of the group selected a particular Devata, “deity” such as Lord Visnu. Lord Krisna, Lord Siva, the Goddess Kali (the Divine Mother) and prepared to debate and challenge Lahiri Mahasay’s choice.
As soon as Lahiri Mahasay arrived, he was received in the traditional manner and shown proper courtesy.  After a while one of the members of the group asked Lahiri Mahasay, “Upon which deity do you meditate?”
Lahiri Mahasay looked at him but did not reply.  Then another gentleman asked him, “Who is your Istadev, ‘desired deity?’ ”  Lahiri Mahasay turned his head towards him and looked at him in the same way, while keeping his peace.
Finally, a third gentleman asked him, “Can you tell us upon which deity usually you meditate?”
Lahiri Mahasay faced him and said very gently, “I meditate on Sthirattva (Tranquility).”
The gentleman replied that he did not understand what was meant by this.  Lahiri Mahasay continued to observe silence.  After some time, another gentleman asked him, “Could you please explain this?  I do not understand exactly what  you are saying.”
Lahiri Mahasay, as before, continued to maintain silence.  Another gentleman asked, “Can you enlighten me as to what you mean by that?  I do not understand at all!”  Lahiri Baba told him, “You will not be able to understand, and also I will not be able to make you understand (realize) through words.”
The group was at a loss.  All of their preparation and conniving had come to naught.  Only silence prevailed.  All kept silent.
After a long time Lahiri Mahasay got up and silently prepared to leave the meeting.  All showed him the traditional courtesy as he left.

At about the age of eight I was blessed with a wonderful healing through the photography of Lahiri Mahasaya.  This experience gave intensification to my love.  While at our family estate in Ichapur, Bengal, I was stricken with Asiatic cholera.  My life was despaired of; the doctors could do nothing.  At my bedside, Mother frantically motioned me to look at Lahiri Mahasaya’s picture on the wall above my head.“Bow to him mentally!”  She knew I was too feeble even to lift my hands in salutation.  ”If you really show your devotion and inwardly kneel before him, your life will be spared!”I gazed at his photograph and saw there a blinding light, envoloping ,my body and the entire room.  My nausea and other uncontrollable symptoms disappeared; I was well.  At once I felt strong enought to bend over and touch Mother’s feet in appreciation of her immeasurable faith in her guru.  Mother pressed her head repeatedly against the little picture.“O omnipresent Master, I thank thee that thy light hath healed my son!”I realized that she too had witnessed the luminious blaze through which I had instantly recovered from a usually fatal disease. One of my most precisous possessions is that same photograph.  Given to Father by Lahiri Mahasaya himsef, it carries a holy vibration….
…Lahiri Mahasaya’s fair features, of a universal cast, hardly suggest to what race he belonged.  The joy of God-communion is slightly revealed in his enigmatic smile.  His eyes, half open to denote a nominal interest in the outer world, are also half closed, indicating  his absorption in inner bliss.  Oblivious to the poor lures of the earth, he was fully awake at all times to the spiritual problems of seekers who approached for his bounty.
