How to become Prophet?
Dear divine one,
This video explains the true and highest meaning of Pranam in the light of Kriyayoga Meditation as explained by Kriyayoga master and scientist Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam.
Pranam is the highest greeting and is how we greet each and every person at the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute in Allahabad, India.
The habit of hugging and shaking hands is a common greeting all over the world, but is not the highest practice for mediators.
Thru our meditation practice, each and every day we become more and more charge with Truth and Non-Violence . We want to keep our charge. We do not want to become discharged. We do not want to discharge our energies thru unnecessary hugging and shaking of hands with people who do not meditate.
People who do not meditate are not aware of the deeper unity of visible and invisible creation. But they want to feel unity. And they want to express that unity by touching, talking unnecessarily, looking into the eyes, and so many other outwards things.
We want to keep our spiritual charge and our inward concentration all the time. If we want to be all the time radiating Truth, Peace, Joy, and Non-Violence any and everywhere we go, we must change our lifestyle accordingly.
Guruji teaches us to Pranam to maintain our energy, and to always look into the forehead point between the eye brows of any person we are talking or observing with the True Thought they are a manifestation of the omnipotent, omnipresent, ever joyful, immortal Creator of the Universe.

I bow to your divine presence with great joy.
BREAKING NEWS FROM KUMBH MELA.
On Feb 15, 2013 at the Kriyayoga Camp at Mukti Marg in Kumbha Mela, Swami Shree Yogi Satyam continued to draw audiences with his extremely informative talks about the Science of Food and Nutrition. He outlined how Kriyayoga repairs the structure of the stomach. Swamiji sparked keen interest in many Kriyayoga devotees, as well as many others from the public, including allopathic, homeopathic and ayurvedic doctors, with his use of LCD and power-point presentation coupled with intervals of guided Kriyayoga meditation practice.
Swamiji stated that many people suffer from nutritional deficiencies due to improper eating practices. For example, people encounter difficulty in absorbing necessary vitamins such as Vitamin B12, which can have deleterious effects on the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. Swamiji explained that Kriyayoga practice rejuvenates and repairs the structure of the stomach and regulates synthesis of intrinsic factor, which is produced in the stomach. Intrinsic factor is very important because it must bind with Vitamin B12 in order to be absorbed into the small intestine (terminal ileum).
Swamiji explained that all roasted and fried food, for example paraathaa, poori-kachuri, pakuri, samosas, puffed rice, roasted seeds, roasted grains and biscuits, tobacco, synthetic drinks and excessive salt intake, create constant irritation to the mucosal lining of both the stomach and small intestine. The after effect of this causes the oxyntic cells in the stomach lining to convert into a hyperactive state. This produces more hydrogen ions (acidic substance), which results in increased acidity in the stomach causing heartburn.
Swamiji stated that consumption of roasted and fried foods cause damage to the structure of the stomach. In order to repair this damage to the stomach structure, ego consciousness (Jeeva Atma) must supply additional Omnipotent creative force, already flowing within the brain and spinal cord, to the stomach.
This repeated misused activity results in great loss in element of peace, vitality and immunity of the mind and body, which brings the realization of great fear all the time. Therefore, it is advised never to eat roasted, fried and unnaturally processed foods. Swamiji continued to give many important teachings on the Science of Food and Nutrition. He also explained clearly and scientifically that dairy products, meat and eggs of all kinds are very injurious to the human body. These products create immune disorders and reduce vitality.
Kriyayoga classes are conducted at two locations. At the Kriyayoga Camp at Mukti Marg in Kumbha Mela, classes are conducted at 8 to 10 a.m. and 4 to 6:30 p.m. At Mori Road, class is at 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. All are most welcome to attend and participate in the Kriyayoga classes. Dear Divine Soul,
In this short lecture from Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam, he explains how concentration on body ( head to toes perception what we feel ) reduces respiration until we reach the point when breath is zero.
In this state of breathlessness we realize Ultimate Truth. This state is called “YOG” and is the realization of complete education, I and God are One.
Enjoy and practice Kriyayoga Meditation more and more to realize complete education, realize ultimate truth, and experience your true self.
I bow to you with the greatest feeling.

“There are pearls in the deep sea, but one must hazard all to find them. If diving once does not bring you pearls, you need not therefore conclude that the sea is without them. Dive again and again. You are sure to be rewarded in the end. So is it with the finding of the Lord in this world. If your first attempt proves fruitless, do not lose heart. Persevere in your efforts. You are sure to realize Him at last.”

Introspection, or “sitting in silence” is an unscientific way of trying to force apart the mind and senses, tied together by the life force. The contemplative mind, attempting its return to divinity, is constantly dragged back toward the senses by the life currents. Kriya, controlling the mind directly, through the life force, is the easiest, most effective, and most scientific avenue of approach to the Infinite. In contrast to the slow, uncertain “bullock cart” theological path to God, Kriya Yoga may justly be called the “airplane” route.
