KRIYA YOGA DIET IS SCIENTIFIC NON INJURIOUS YOGI FOOD PLAN
The Kriyayoga practice points out that mature (ripe) grains, seeds and fruits are the food best suited for human beings given their consumption and digestion needs and structure. The human eyes, ears, teeth and tongue and length of the digestive tract shows that humans are basically frugivorous (consumers of fruits and seeds) in nature. Canine teeth, very well developed in carnivores (meat-eaters and predators), are rudimentary in human beings.
Human eyes do not like to see slaughtering of animals, and ears do not like the cry of animals, neither can the tongue appreciate the taste of meat thrown on the street. They never enjoy chewing the bones scattered at the bank of rivers or in the forest whereas carnivorous animals enjoy chewing the bones as if it were delicious candy. Human beings can enjoy fruits found on the ground but would never appreciate consuming scattered decaying meat left on the side of a road. These were the insights into humans and their food habits clearly show that humans can only enjoy non-vegetarian food when it is fried or heavily spiced to mask their taste. Carnivores enjoy even rotten and putrefied meat.
In addition, the length of the digestive tract in carnivores is short compared to human beings, whereas the digestive tract of herbivores is much longer compared to carnivores and human beings.
Observation shows that herbivores are meant to eat grasses and stems of plants. Carnivores are made to eat meat while human beings are structured biologically to eat fruits and seeds. In herbivores, the longer digestive tract is suitable to digest and absorb grasses and stems. If herbivores are fed a good quantity of fruits and seeds they get sick. In the same way, the digestive tract of carnivores is fit to digest meat and animal parts.
Animal products, meat and organs should not remain in the digestive system for a long time to avoid growth of harmful bacteria and viruses. Carnivores, therefore, have a shorter digestive tract compared to herbivores and humans.
Humans have started eating wrong foods due to inhuman and unnatural thoughts. All thoughts and ideas which create segregation are unnatural thoughts. These can be erased through constant practice of Kriyayoga meditation.
The consumption of vegetarian food has been accepted more in western countries as research studies prove that eating meat and dairy products leads to illnesses in particular heart disease and cancer.
Dear Divine Soul,
Slaughtering of animals in the name of God, is one of the most objectionable religious practices dating back to a very ancient time.
The universe wants to preserve existence of all plants and animals to fulfill their evolutionary life cycle.
Universe wants us to protect plants and animals, to serve and help plants and animals. Not kill animals or pluck unripe plants as part of human lifestyle.
Thru the practice of Kriyayoga Meditation, the time tested scientific technique of all saints and sages of all lands and ages,
every day our angelic perceptions are enlarged,
every day we radiate more peace and joy.
Slowly, slowly we begin to experience oneness with all of creation. Then we know best how to serve all of visible and invisible creation.
The best practice anyone can follow is only pluck mature/fully ripened whole grains, seed bearing fruits / vegetables for eating.
Mature seed bearing plant products have highest and most complete nutritional value and have lived complete life cycle. They are ready to be uplifted into our divine human body and become part of our ever evolving angelic consciousness by eating process.
The incorrect habit of slaughtering animals for religious or secular reasons must be stopped to increase radiations of peace, non-violence, health and joy in the heart of all households, villages and nations on Earth.
I bow to you, and all those who are ready to make a great change in the nation.
I bow to my great Guru who’s angelic non-violent teachings and lifestyle have healed all sickness and illness in my mind and body.

Divine Soul:
Here is a translation of Guruji’s lecture given during village program
As citizens of any nation, it is our duty to participate in protecting our nation or any place that we live in and ensuring that the systems of the nation are proper.
The problems we see today in the nation are due to certain seeds planted in the past. As a result, today, no work is possible without great struggle and involvement of money.
Time has come that we set up a new system based on true service, humanity, happiness and peace. We have learnt from our past experience and seen that Truth prevails. This is clearly shown in the epic of Mahabharat. The angels who worked servicefully and unceasingly were able accumulate great fortune to operate most successfully and joyfully.
By the practice of Kriyayoga Meditation, a new system can be set up and we can rid the nation of all problems and poverty that we see today. However, first, we have to correct and change ourselves. We have to awaken wisdom within. Dhritarashtra ( Blind Mind ) has to be dethroned and Pandu (Wisdom) has to be made King of our existence. Then we will be ready to change the nation. Our Nation… Practice of Kriyayoga is possible all the time.
As citizens of India, it is our duty to change and correct the system in India.
Kriyayoga Meditation removes all multi-faceted violence within & around a person and charges the human consciousness with Ahimsa & multi-dimensional productive activities, which are essential to increase the economy of the nation.

Dear divine one,
This video explains the true and highest meaning of Pranam in the light of Kriyayoga Meditation as explained by Kriyayoga master and scientist Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam.
Pranam is the highest greeting and is how we greet each and every person at the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute in Allahabad, India.
The habit of hugging and shaking hands is a common greeting all over the world, but is not the highest practice for mediators.
Thru our meditation practice, each and every day we become more and more charge with Truth and Non-Violence . We want to keep our charge. We do not want to become discharged. We do not want to discharge our energies thru unnecessary hugging and shaking of hands with people who do not meditate.
People who do not meditate are not aware of the deeper unity of visible and invisible creation. But they want to feel unity. And they want to express that unity by touching, talking unnecessarily, looking into the eyes, and so many other outwards things.
We want to keep our spiritual charge and our inward concentration all the time. If we want to be all the time radiating Truth, Peace, Joy, and Non-Violence any and everywhere we go, we must change our lifestyle accordingly.
Guruji teaches us to Pranam to maintain our energy, and to always look into the forehead point between the eye brows of any person we are talking or observing with the True Thought they are a manifestation of the omnipotent, omnipresent, ever joyful, immortal Creator of the Universe.
