Dear divine one,
This video explains the true and highest meaning of Pranam in the light of Kriyayoga Meditation as explained by Kriyayoga master and scientist Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam.
Pranam is the highest greeting and is how we greet each and every person at the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute in Allahabad, India.
The habit of hugging and shaking hands is a common greeting all over the world, but is not the highest practice for mediators.
Thru our meditation practice, each and every day we become more and more charge with Truth and Non-Violence . We want to keep our charge. We do not want to become discharged. We do not want to discharge our energies thru unnecessary hugging and shaking of hands with people who do not meditate.
People who do not meditate are not aware of the deeper unity of visible and invisible creation. But they want to feel unity. And they want to express that unity by touching, talking unnecessarily, looking into the eyes, and so many other outwards things.
We want to keep our spiritual charge and our inward concentration all the time. If we want to be all the time radiating Truth, Peace, Joy, and Non-Violence any and everywhere we go, we must change our lifestyle accordingly.
Guruji teaches us to Pranam to maintain our energy, and to always look into the forehead point between the eye brows of any person we are talking or observing with the True Thought they are a manifestation of the omnipotent, omnipresent, ever joyful, immortal Creator of the Universe.
If you want to learn more about the Holy Science of Kriyayoga Meditation please visit the Kriyayoga Ashram & Research Institute in Allahabad India (classes held twice daily) or Yog Fellowship Temple in Ontario Canada. And read the Spiritual classic _Autobiography of a Yogi_ by fully realized master of Kriyayoga Science, Paramahansa Yoganandaji

Always remember that you belong to no one, and no one belongs to you. Reflect that some day you will suddenly have to leave everything in this world—so make the acquaintanceship of God now.

A Great Incarnation of Truth, Love and Christ Consciousness.
His Imperial Majesty Kedemawi Haile Selassie, the Biblical Lion of Judah, King of Kings, was a devoted practitioner of the Science of Yoga Meditation according to the book _The Emperor._
“The Emperor now devoted Himself to long periods of meditation (In this the Hindus once gave him instruction .. forbidding him to breathe, making him close his eyes) he would meditate in his office for hours.” (Page 156)

Lecture delivered by Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam on Christmas Day morning.
Christmas Day is to remember Jesus Christ and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ - “Seek first Kingdom of God, and everything else will follow.”
” But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you…” (Matthew 6:33)
“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of
God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)

beautiful beautiful beautiful Christmas message from Guruji on how to “Seek the Kingdom of God” within.
The practice was incredible, but unfortunately Kriyayoga practices are not given to the general public over internet. You have to come to Jhunsi, Allahabad if you want to realize the practice of Kriyayoga Meditation from our Master at the Kriyayoga Ashram.
Pranaam.
I bow to you all with ever new happiness, peace and joy.

Introspection, or “sitting in the silence,” is an unscientific way of trying to force apart the mind and sense, tied together by the life force. The contemplative mind, attempting its return to divinity, is constantly dragged back towards the senses by the life currents. Kriya, controlling the mind directly through the life force, is the easiest, most effective, and most scientific avenue of approach to the Infinite. In contrast to the slow, uncertain “bullock cart” theological path to God, Kriya Yoga may justly be called the “airplane” route.
The yogic science is based on an empirical consideration of all forms of concentration and meditation techniques. Yoga enables the devotee to switch off or on at will, life current to the five sense telephones of sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Attaining this power of sense disconnection, the yogi finds it simple to unite his mind at will with divine realms or with the world of matter. No longer is he unwillingly brought back by the life force to the mundane sphere of rowdy sensations and restless thoughts.

Dear Divine Soul,
In this short lecture from Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam, he explains how concentration on body ( head to toes perception what we feel ) reduces respiration until we reach the point when breath is zero.
In this state of breathlessness we realize Ultimate Truth. This state is called “YOG” and is the realization of complete education, I and God are One.
Enjoy and practice Kriyayoga Meditation more and more to realize complete education, realize ultimate truth, and experience your true self.
I bow to you with the greatest feeling.
Pranaam.

In the 1861,The science of Kriyayoga Meditation was lovingly donated to humanity by Mahavatar Babaji thru the instrumentality of his disciple Shree Shree Lahiri Mahasaya.
Lahiri Mahasaya, with the permission of his Guruji began to spread the science of Kriyayoga Meditation to many sincere seekers in India. One disciple, Swami Shree Yukteshwar Giri was selected to train Paramahansa Yoganandaji to spread Kriyayoga in the West.
After receiving the discipline of his Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda went to America. There he lectured to thousands, wrote lesson on Kriyayoga, and was spiritually guided by his line of gurus, Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, and Swami Shree Yukteshwar to write Autobiography of a Yogi.
Our Master, Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam is pictured here holding a Hindi copy of Autobiography of a Yogi during our evening lecture. Guruji says that a sincere seeker on the path of God-Realization only needs two books, Autobiography of a Yogi, and Holy Science by Swami Shree Yukteshwar Giri. Reading other books will only confuse the one pointed devotion necessary to master the practice of Kriyayoga.
The English version of Autobiography Of A Yogi, has been carefully written to guide the meditator deeper and deeper into science and the life style of Kriyayoga Meditation by a fully realized Master of Kriyayoga.
Holy Science, has met the approval of our peerless guru preceptor — Mahavatar Babaji.
It is my sincere request that all those who are interested in deepening their experience of God thru Self Realization, and those interested in Spirituality as a great time tested science read these two books again and again and again.
I bow to your divine presence.
